But it’s not too late to register. You can register on-site at the Provincetown Inn on Saturday, July 27 from 1PM to 4PM and Sunday, July 28 from 9AM to 12PM.

You can also register any day during the week (Monday - Friday) from 10AM to 3PM at the Family Week Storefront (254 Commercial Street).

REGISTER FOR FAMILY WEEK 2019

Family Week is the largest annual gathering of the LGBTQ-headed family community in the world, co-hosted by Family Equality and COLAGE. LGBTQ parents, their children, their extended families, prospective parents and friends will gather at the tip of Cape Cod in LGBTQ-friendly Provincetown, to relax and enjoy an amazing week.

General Family Week Registration includes:

  • Entrance to 30+ family events. Visit the Events Details page for the schedule.

  • Entrance to multiple events throughout the week with complimentary food and drink.

  • Entrance to the Welcome Brunch buffet on Sunday (registration now full). General registration is required to attend the Welcome Brunch.

  • A copy of the annual Family Week Program Book, fun giveaways, and welcome bag.

  • Ability to register for morning and afternoon activity-based youth programs (registration opens in the spring for an additional fee).

  • Orange bracelet for each registrant as the ‘all access pass’ to Family Equality events.

COLAGE Youth Registration includes:

  • Access to all of the above events general registration includes (including the Welcome Brunch).

  • Entrance to COLAGE’s morning drop-off program for youth ages 7-18. The day program is in the morning Monday through Friday and is led by trained volunteer facilitators who also have LGBTQIA+ parents, guardians, and/or caregivers; many of whom have also grown up in COLAGE programs and have developed their leadership skills through participation at Family Week.

  • Entrance to exclusive COLAGEr-only events such as identity based afternoon discussions, teen hangout spaces, and the very popular Friday variety show and youth dance.

  • An exclusive 2019 COLAGE Family Week T-shirt for every youth registrant.

  • Connection to the largest network of youth in LGBTQIA+ families through COLAGE workshops at Family Week. All COLAGE workshops are created by people in LGBTQIA+ families for youth in LGBTQIA+ families.

Important Notes about Registration

Onsite General Registration is available Saturday July 27 and Sunday July 28, 2019, at the Provincetown Inn. Partial-week and single-day General Registration are also available in person on those dates and Monday to Friday, 10 am - 3 pm at our storefront location by Town Hall (254 Commercial St). COLAGE Youth programming has reached capacity.

Event registrations are refundable if the refund is requested at least 30 days prior to the start of the event. If you need to cancel your registration to Family Week 2019, please contact Emily McGranachan, Director of Family Engagement, by e-mail at emcgranachan@familyequality.org as soon as possible – your registration fee will be refunded within 14 business days in the form through which initial payment was submitted. If you need to cancel your registration less than 30 days from the start of the Family Equality event, your payment is nonrefundable and will become part of the event’s scholarship fund.

We recognize that the cost of travel and staying in Provincetown can be a barrier or challenge for families. To help make the Week accessible to more families, Family Equality offers scholarships to families who would otherwise be unable to attend Family Week or who need additional support.
